  4. Add your thyme and salt and pepper to taste and now stir in your corn.
  5. Pour in your reserved corn water. Bring everything to a boil, then reduce heat to medium/low.
  6. Once potatoes are cooked through and veggies are soft, SLOWLY stir in your cream. Then stir in your cornstarch slurry.
  7. Let everything come to a boil again, then reduce to low for 20 min
